This page reflects psychometrically rigorous measures that I have been involved in developing and validating.
Scales are available for research-related use.
Intersectional Microaggressions Scale (IMS)
The 36-item IMS measures microaggressions towards LBG POC using a 6-point Likert-type scale. The scale is comprised of 6 factors.
Employee Resilience Scale (ERS)
The WorKing Resilience Lab is currently developing and validating a measure of employee resilience. The scale will become available post publication.
Multidimensional Public Stigma Scale (MPSS)
I am developing and validating a multidimensional measure of public stigma that reflects the theory of stigma dimensions (i.e., concealability, origin, peril, course, disruptiveness, aesthetics; Jones, 1994), as well as an additional facet, legitimacy. The scale will become available post-publication.
